Who Should Attend?
The Annual Conference is primarily designed to provide training and networking to new franchise owners, existing franchise owners, office staff, and preferred vendors with key insights into a wide range of current issues and changes in the landscape of the property management industry. Training is provided on a variety of subjects such as operations, office administration, software, litigation, leadership, and more.

Event Schedule

Day 1: Check In & Cocktail Party

Day 1 of the conference is fun and easy. Arrive at the hotel, get yourself situated, grab a drink, and enjoy a night of cocktails by the beach.

1:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Open Registration

Dress Code: Beach casual – Shorts, sun dresses – Stay cool.

6:30 PM – 8:30 PM Thursday Evening: Kick-off party beach cocktail party. This is a ticketed event and costs $49.00 per person.

A detailed schedule will be provided at a future date closer to the event.

Day 2: Classes & Entertainment

Day 2 is all about classes, networking with other franchise owners, and learning from vendors.

Evening entertainment and dining will be provided.

Dress Code: Jeans, shorts, flats. No heels and wear cool clothing.

6:30 PM – 10 PM Friday night Fun at the Farm

Day 3: Classes & Annual Gala

Day 3 of the conference you will finish learning from your classes. After classes, it is time to put on your best outfit for a memorable night of wining and dining at the awards ceremony.
